🥣 Mix the Dry
- Whisk together flour, sugar, baking powder, baking soda, and salt in a large bowl.
🥚 Mix the Wet
- In another bowl, whisk buttermilk, eggs, melted butter, and vanilla until smooth.
🪄 Combine the Batter
- Pour wet into dry and stir until just combined; lumps are good.
- Let the batter rest for 5 minutes.
🥞 Cook the Pancakes
- Heat a nonstick skillet or griddle over medium-low and lightly butter the surface.
- Pour 1/3 cup of batter per pancake and cook 2 to 3 minutes until bubbles form on top.
- Flip and cook another 1 to 2 minutes until golden.
- Serve warm with maple syrup and butter.
