📖 Instructions

🍌 Mash the Bananas
- In a large bowl, mash the bananas until mostly smooth.
- Whisk in the eggs, melted butter, milk, and vanilla.
🥣 Fold in the Dry
- In a second bowl, whisk flour, sugar, baking powder, and salt.
- Add to the wet ingredients and stir until just combined.
🥞 Cook the Pancakes
- Heat a buttered skillet over medium-low.
- Spoon scant 1/4 cup batter per pancake and cook 2 minutes until bubbly.
- Flip and cook 1 to 2 more minutes until cooked through. Serve warm.
