🥩 Sear the Beef
Heat oil in a wok over high heat and stir-fry the sliced beef for 2-3 minutes until browned. Remove and set aside.
🥦 Cook Broccoli
Add broccoli with a splash of water and stir-fry for 3-4 minutes until crisp-tender.
🍳 Combine
Return beef to the wok with garlic and ginger. Add the soy sauce, oyster sauce, and cornstarch slurry, then toss for 2 minutes until glossy.
🍚 Serve
Serve hot over steamed rice.
