📖 Instructions

🥩 Marinate the beef
In a bowl, toss sliced steak with 2 tbsp soy sauce and 1 tbsp cornstarch. Let sit 10 minutes.

🥣 Whisk the sauce
Combine soy sauce, oyster sauce, brown sugar, sesame oil, cornstarch, and beef broth in a small bowl.

🔥 Sear the beef
Heat 1 tbsp oil in a large wok over high heat. Add beef in a single layer and sear 2 minutes per side. Remove to a plate.

🥦 Stir fry vegetables
Add remaining oil, garlic, and ginger. Stir fry 30 seconds. Add bell pepper, broccoli, snap peas, and carrot. Stir fry 3-4 minutes until crisp-tender.

🥢 Combine and serve
Return beef to the wok, pour in sauce, and toss until everything is coated and glossy. Serve over rice.
