Classic Overnight Oats
🧂 Ingredients
- 1/2 cup old-fashioned rolled oats Buy
- 1/2 cup milk of choice Buy
- 1/4 cup plain Greek yogurt Buy
- 1 tablespoon chia seeds Buy
- 1 tablespoon pure maple syrup or honey Buy
- 1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract Buy
- Pinch of fine sea salt Buy
- 1/2 cup fresh berries, for topping Buy
- 1 tablespoon chopped nuts, for topping Buy

🥣 Combine the Base
- In a 12-ounce jar, stir together oats, milk, Greek yogurt, chia seeds, maple syrup, vanilla, and salt.
❄️ Chill Overnight
- Seal the jar and refrigerate for at least 6 hours or overnight.
🍓 Top and Serve
- In the morning, stir well and add a splash more milk if you like a looser texture.
- Top with fresh berries and chopped nuts and enjoy cold.
