📖 Instructions

🥒 Chop the Vegetables
Cut the tomatoes into wedges and slice the cucumber, bell pepper, and red onion. Add them to a large bowl with the olives.

🧀 Add the Feta
Traditionally the feta is left as a single slab placed on top rather than crumbled. Lay the block over the vegetables.

🫒 Dress
Whisk together the olive oil, red wine vinegar, oregano, salt, and pepper. Drizzle over the salad.

🥗 Serve
Sprinkle a little extra oregano over the feta and serve immediately with warm pita bread. Best enjoyed fresh and at room temperature.
