📖 Instructions

🧅 Brown the Beef
Cook the ground beef with the onion and garlic over medium heat until browned. Stir in the cumin, chili powder, salt, and pepper. Drain excess fat.

🌶️ Sauce the Pan
Spread a thin layer of enchilada sauce across the bottom of a baking dish to keep the tortillas from sticking.

🌯 Fill & Roll
Warm the tortillas so they're pliable. Fill each with the beef mixture and a little cheese, roll tightly, and place seam-side down in the dish.

🧀 Top
Pour the remaining enchilada sauce over the rolled tortillas and sprinkle with the rest of the cheese.

🔥 Bake
Bake at 375°F (190°C) for 20–25 minutes until bubbly and the cheese is melted. Garnish with cilantro and serve with sour cream.
