📖 Instructions

🧂 Dry & Season
Pat the wings completely dry with paper towels — dry skin is the key to crispiness. Toss with the baking powder, garlic powder, paprika, salt, and pepper.

🌀 Arrange
Place the wings in a single layer in the air fryer basket, leaving space between them so the hot air can circulate.

🔥 Air Fry
Cook at 380°F (193°C) for 12 minutes, then flip and increase to 400°F (204°C) for another 8–10 minutes until deeply golden and crispy.

🍗 Sauce & Serve
Toss the hot wings in buffalo or BBQ sauce and serve immediately with celery sticks and ranch or blue cheese dip.
