📖 Instructions

🍝 Cook pasta
Boil macaroni in salted water 1 minute less than package directions. Drain.

🧈 Make the roux
Melt butter in a large pot, whisk in flour and cook 1 minute.

🥛 Add milk
Gradually whisk in milk and cream. Simmer until thickened, about 5 minutes.

🧀 Melt cheeses
Remove from heat, stir in cheeses, mustard, salt, and pepper until smooth.

🔥 Bake
Combine sauce and pasta, transfer to a 9x13 dish. Toss panko with melted butter and sprinkle on top. Bake at 375°F for 25 minutes until bubbly and golden.
