📖 Instructions

🍝 Cook the pasta
Boil fettuccine in salted water until al dente. Reserve 1/2 cup pasta water and drain.

🍗 Sear chicken
Season chicken with salt and pepper. Cook in olive oil over medium-high heat 5-6 minutes per side until cooked through. Slice.

🧈 Build the sauce
In the same pan, melt butter and sauté garlic 30 seconds. Pour in cream and simmer 3 minutes.

🧀 Add parmesan
Whisk in parmesan until smooth. Loosen with pasta water if needed.

🍽 Toss and serve
Add pasta and sliced chicken, toss to coat. Garnish with parsley.
