The Wine Pairing Roulette is an interactive tool that lets you spin a wheel to discover 24 wines — reds, whites, and sparkling — and see their top food pairings. Each match includes a “why it works” explanation based on food science, helping you understand the flavors behind each combination.
How do I use the Wine Pairing Roulette?
Select a wine category — Red, White, or Sparkling — or spin the full wheel. When the wheel lands on a grape or sparkling variety, you’ll see 3–5 recommended food pairings along with science-backed explanations of why these flavors complement each other. It’s a fun way to learn wine and food pairing at a glance.
Which wines are included in the roulette?
The roulette features 24 wines: 18 noble grapes (like Cabernet Sauvignon, Pinot Noir, Chardonnay, and Riesling) plus 6 sparkling varieties (Champagne, Prosecco, Cava, Crémant, Pét-Nat, Lambrusco). Each wine comes with serving suggestions, ideal glassware, temperature, and ageing tips.
