Watermelon Sorbet

  • 4 cups cubed ripe watermelon
  • ΒΌ cup sugar
  • 1 tbsp lime juice

Cube your watermelon and remove seeds if needed.
Freeze the cubes on a tray for at least 2–3 hours, or until solid.

In a food processor or high-speed blender, combine:
Frozen watermelon cubes
Sugar
Lime juice
Pinch of salt
Blend until smooth and creamy, scraping down sides as needed. If your blender struggles, let the cubes soften slightly before blending.

❄️ Freeze to Firm Up (Optional)
For soft-serve style: Serve immediately.
For scoopable texture: Transfer to a container and freeze for 1–2 hours, then scoop and serve.

Scoop into bowls or cones. Garnish with fresh mint, lime zest, or a sprinkle of TajΓ­n for a fun twist.
