Beat the flour, butter, and powdered sugar until crumbly. Press into a greased 8-inch baking dish and bake at 350Β°F (175Β°C) for 18 minutes.

Whisk the eggs, granulated sugar, lemon juice, lemon zest, and flour until smooth.

Pour the filling over the warm crust and bake for another 22 minutes until set.
