π Instructions
πΎ Make the Dough (skip if using pre-made dough):
In a bowl, mix yeast, sugar, and warm water. Let sit 5β10 minutes until foamy.
Add flour, salt, and olive oil. Mix and knead for about 5β7 minutes until smooth.
Cover and let rise in a warm place for 45β60 minutes, or until doubled in size.
π₯ Preheat Oven:
Heat to 475Β°F (245Β°C). If using a pizza stone, place it in the oven while it preheats.
π Assemble the Pizza:
Roll out dough on a floured surface into a 12-inch circle.
Transfer to a baking sheet or pizza stone.
Spread pizza sauce evenly.
Sprinkle with mozzarella cheese.
Add your favorite toppings.
Sprinkle oregano or Italian seasoning, if desired.

Bake for 12β15 minutes, or until the crust is golden and the cheese is bubbly and browned.
