
Green Kiwi Smoothie

- 3 ripe kiwis
- 1 small banana
- Β½ cup spinach
- Β½ cup Greek yogurt
- ΒΎ cup coconut water
- 1 tsp honey
- a few ice cubes

π₯ Add all ingredients to a blender π
Kiwi, banana, greens, yogurt, liquid, and ice.
Blend until smooth β about 30β60 seconds.
Add a splash more liquid if itβs too thick.
Taste and adjust: Add a bit more honey or banana if you want it sweeter.
Pour into a glass, garnish with a kiwi slice or mint sprig, and serve immediately.
π‘ Tips & Variations
Make it tropical: Add Β½ cup frozen pineapple or mango.
Boost it: Add chia seeds, flaxseed, or a scoop of protein powder.
No banana? Swap with avocado or more yogurt for creaminess.
