📖 Instructions

🔪 Prep the fruit:
Gently rinse the grapes, blueberries, and raspberries.
Peel, pit, and halve lychee
Halve the grapes.
Be extra gentle with the raspberries to keep them from breaking.

🌿 Make the citrus mint syrup:
In a small bowl, whisk together the orange juice, lime zest, honey (or maple syrup), and chopped mint.
Taste and adjust sweetness if needed.

❄️ Toss and chill:
In a large mixing bowl, combine all the fruit.
Pour the syrup over the fruit and gently toss to coat.
Cover and refrigerate for 30 minutes to allow the flavors to meld.

🍽️ Serve:
Spoon into bowls or glasses. Garnish with a sprig of mint or a sprinkle of lime zest if desired.
Serve chilled.
