Add the frozen strawberries, white rum, lime juice, simple syrup, and ice to a blender.
Blend on high until completely smooth and slushy.

If it's too thick, add a splash of water; if too thin, add a few more frozen strawberries or ice and blend again.

Pour into a chilled coupe or hurricane glass.
