Fresh Beetroot Juice

🧂 Ingredients

  • 2 medium beets
  • 1 apple
  • 1 small carrot
  • 1-inch piece of fresh ginger, peeled
  • ½ lemon, juiced
  • ½ cup water
  • ice cubes

📖 Instructions

Option 1: 🌀 Using a Juicer
Prep Ingredients: Wash, peel, and chop all produce into chunks small enough to fit your juicer chute.
Juice: Run the beets, apple, carrot, and ginger through the juicer.
Add Citrus: Stir in the fresh lemon juice.
Serve: Pour into glasses over ice, and enjoy immediately.

Option 2: 🔄 Using a Blender
Blend: Add chopped beets, apple, carrot, ginger, and water to a blender. Blend until smooth.
Strain: Pour the mixture through a fine mesh sieve, cheesecloth, or nut milk bag into a bowl or pitcher to remove pulp.
Add Citrus: Stir in the lemon juice.
Serve: Serve over ice or chill in the fridge before drinking.
