🥣 Mix the meatloaf
Preheat oven to 350°F. In a large bowl, combine ground beef, onion, garlic, breadcrumbs, milk, eggs, Worcestershire, salt, and pepper. Mix gently with hands until just combined.
🍞 Shape the loaf
Transfer mixture to a greased loaf pan or shape into a free-form loaf on a lined baking sheet.
🍯 Make glaze
Whisk ketchup, brown sugar, and vinegar in a bowl.
🔥 Bake
Brush half the glaze over the loaf. Bake 50 minutes, then brush remaining glaze and bake 10-15 minutes more until internal temp reaches 160°F.
🍽 Rest and serve
Let rest 10 minutes before slicing.
