Blackberry Cream Dessert

🧂 Ingredients

  • 1½ cups fresh blackberries Buy
  • 2 tbsp sugar Buy
  • 1 tsp lemon juice Buy
  • 1 cup heavy cream Buy
  • 2 tbsp powdered sugar Buy
  • ½ tsp vanilla extract Buy
  • crushed graham crackers Buy

📖 Instructions

🍇 Macerate the Berries
In a small bowl, mix blackberries with sugar (or honey) and lemon juice.
Let sit for 10–15 minutes until juicy.

🧁 Whip the Cream
In a chilled bowl, beat the heavy cream with powdered sugar and vanilla until soft peaks form.
(Use a hand mixer or whisk vigorously.)

🍧 Fold & Layer
Gently fold the berry mixture into the whipped cream—leave some streaks for a marbled look, or blend fully for a uniform color.
Spoon into serving glasses or bowls.
Optional: Layer with crushed graham crackers, cookies, or cake for texture.

4. ❄️ Chill (Optional)
Refrigerate for at least 1 hour to set and chill, or serve immediately if you like it soft and airy.

5. ✨ Garnish & Serve
Top with fresh blackberries, mint leaves, or a sprinkle of crushed cookies. Serve chilled.

Make it vegan: Use whipped coconut cream or a non-dairy alternative.
Add crunch: Top with granola, nuts, or toasted coconut.
