Fill a large wine glass with ice.
🍊 Pour
Add the Aperol and fresh orange juice, then pour in the prosecco.
🥄 Top & Stir
Top with soda water and stir gently to combine without losing the bubbles.

Garnish with an orange slice. Serve immediately while well chilled.
