- 2 eggs beaten

📖 Instructions
🔥 Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C). Lightly grease a 9x13-inch baking dish.
🥣 Prepare the batter:
In a large mixing bowl, whisk together the oil, eggs, vanilla, and milk until well blended.
In a separate medium bowl, combine the granulated sugar, flour, baking powder, and salt.
Add the dry ingredients to the wet ingredients and mix until just combined. Do not overmix.
✨ Make the streusel:
In a medium bowl, mix together the brown sugar and cinnamon.
🫗 Assemble the cake:
Pour half of the batter into the prepared baking dish and spread evenly.
Sprinkle half of the streusel mixture over the batter.
Pour the remaining batter on top, gently spreading it to cover.
Sprinkle the remaining streusel evenly over the top.
Drizzle the melted butter or margarine over the streusel.

Place the dish in the oven and bake, uncovered, for 25–30 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted into the center comes out clean.
