📖 Instructions

❄️ Chill Your Glass
Use a highball glass or copa (balloon) glass.
Fill with ice — the more, the better to keep things cold and minimize dilution.

🫗 Pour the Gin
Add 2 oz gin over the ice.

🫧 Top with Tonic Water
Slowly pour in the tonic water (4–6 oz, depending on your taste). Pour gently down the side of the glass or over a spoon to preserve the bubbles.

🍸 Garnish and Serve
Gently stir once.
Garnish with a lime wedge, cucumber, lemon, grapefruit, or herbs like rosemary or basil for a twist.

🔄 Variations:
Hendrick’s & Cucumber – use Hendrick’s gin and garnish with thin cucumber ribbons.
Herbal G&T – try rosemary or basil with a Mediterranean-style tonic.
Citrus Boost – add grapefruit peel or orange zest for a twist.
