
Fresh Detox Carrot Juice
🧂 Ingredients
- 4 medium carrots
- 2 large oranges
- 2 inch piece of fresh ginger
- 1 tsp honey
📖 Instructions
Prep Your Produce
Wash and peel the carrots, ginger, and oranges.
Chop into chunks if needed to fit your juicer chute.
Juice It
Feed the carrots, oranges, ginger, and turmeric (if using fresh) through your juicer.
(Optional: 1-inch piece of fresh turmeric, peeled)
Collect the vibrant, golden juice in a large container.
Add Extras
Add honey to taste and stir until dissolved.
Serve
Pour into two medium glasses or one large glass.
