Carrot Cake
🧂 Ingredients
- 2 cups all-purpose flour Buy

📖 Instructions
🥕 Mix the Batter
Whisk the flour, baking soda, cinnamon, and salt in one bowl. In another, beat the oil, both sugars, and eggs until smooth, then fold in the dry ingredients.
🥄 Fold In Carrots
Gently stir in the grated carrots and chopped walnuts until evenly distributed throughout the batter.
🔥 Bake
Divide between two greased 9-inch round pans and bake at 350°F (175°C) for 30–35 minutes, until a toothpick comes out clean. Cool completely.
🧁 Make the Frosting
Beat the cream cheese and butter until fluffy, then gradually add the powdered sugar and vanilla until smooth and spreadable.
🎂 Frost & Serve
Frost between the layers and over the top and sides. Chill 30 minutes to set before slicing.
