Fudgy Chocolate Brownies

- 1 cup unsalted butter Buy

🔥 Prep the Pan
- Preheat the oven to 350°F.
- Line a 9x13-inch baking pan with parchment paper, leaving an overhang on two sides.
🍫 Melt the Chocolate
- Melt the butter and chopped chocolate in a heatproof bowl set over simmering water.
- Stir until smooth and let cool for 5 minutes.
🥣 Mix the Batter
- Whisk the granulated sugar and brown sugar into the melted chocolate.
- Add the eggs one at a time, whisking well after each.
- Stir in the vanilla extract.
- Sift in the flour, cocoa powder, and salt and fold gently until just combined.
- Fold in the chocolate chips.
🍰 Bake the Brownies
- Spread the batter into the prepared pan and smooth the top.
- Bake for 28 to 32 minutes until the center is set with a few moist crumbs on a toothpick.
- Cool completely in the pan before lifting out and cutting into 16 squares.
