Irish Cream Chocolate Truffles

🧂 Ingredients

  • 8 oz semisweet or dark chocolate, finely chopped
  • 1/2 cup heavy cream
  • 2 tbsp Irish cream liqueur
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • Cocoa powder, crushed nuts, or melted chocolate for coating

📖 Instructions

Heat cream in a small saucepan until it just begins to simmer. Remove from heat.
Pour over chopped chocolate in a bowl and let sit for 2 minutes, then stir until smooth.
Stir in Irish cream and vanilla.
Chill the mixture for 1–2 hours until firm.
Scoop and roll into small balls, then coat as desired.
Store chilled and serve as a rich, boozy treat.
