
Guacamole
🧂 Ingredients
- 3 ripe avocados
- 1 lime
- ½ teaspoon salt
- ½ teaspoon ground cumin
- ½ teaspoon cayenne pepper
- ½ medium red onion
- 1 Roma tomatoes
- 1 tablespoon chopped fresh cilantro
- 1 clove garlic, minced
📖 Instructions
🥑 Prep the avocados:
Cut the avocados in half, remove the pit, and scoop the flesh into a mixing bowl. 🥄
🔪 Mash:
Use a fork or potato masher to mash the avocado to your desired texture – chunky or smooth.
🌿 Add flavor:
Stir in lime juice, salt, cumin, and cayenne (if using). Mix well.
🧅 Mix in veggies:
Fold in diced onion, tomatoes, cilantro, and garlic. Mix gently to combine.
🔁 Taste and adjust:
Taste and add more salt, lime juice, or spice if needed.
🍽️ Serve immediately or cover with plastic wrap pressed against the surface of the guacamole (to prevent browning) and refrigerate.
