  • 1 tsp sugar

  • 2 cups all-purpose flour
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • Β½ cup pizza sauce
  • 1Β½ cups shredded mozzarella cheese

  • olives
  • Italian seasoning

🌾 Make the Dough (skip if using pre-made dough):
In a bowl, mix yeast, sugar, and warm water. Let sit 5–10 minutes until foamy.
Add flour, salt, and olive oil. Mix and knead for about 5–7 minutes until smooth.
Cover and let rise in a warm place for 45–60 minutes, or until doubled in size.

πŸ”₯ Preheat Oven:
Heat to 475Β°F (245Β°C). If using a pizza stone, place it in the oven while it preheats.

πŸ• Assemble the Pizza:
Roll out dough on a floured surface into a 12-inch circle.
Transfer to a baking sheet or pizza stone.
Spread pizza sauce evenly.
Sprinkle with mozzarella cheese.
Add your favorite toppings.
Sprinkle oregano or Italian seasoning, if desired.
